- Hostel owners: When you submit a visit booking or inquiry, your name and phone number are shared with the relevant hostel owner to process your request.
- Service providers: We use Clerk (authentication), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data solely to operate our Service.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@nearo.pk, after which your personal data is deleted within 30 days.
