By accessing or using the Nearo mobile application or website at nearo.pk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Nearo is a student accommodation platform that helps students in Pakistan find hostels, rooms, and paying-guest accommodations near their universities. We also provide a roommate-matching feature and a hostel management system (HMS) for hostel owners. The Service is provided free of charge to students.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. The Service is intended primarily for students aged 17 and older enrolled at universities in Pakistan.
Hostel listings on Nearo are sourced from publicly available data (Google Maps, houstel.pk) and from hostel owners who register directly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a hostel owner — all arrangements (booking, pricing, availability) are made directly between you and the hostel.
If you find a listing with inaccurate information (wrong location, incorrect pricing, or outdated details), please report it using the "Report" button on the listing page.

When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Nearo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes with hostel owners, inaccurate listing information, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
